I’m Anna, the founder of WATERLEMON HEALTH. With post-graduate training from Harvard Medical School, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the International Institute of Physionutrition and Phytotherapy, I bridge the gap between clinical nutrition science and a soulful, holistic approach to health.
My work is deeply personal. Witnessing metabolic struggles in my own family shaped my mission: to help you step off the sugar and cravings rollercoaster and regain trust in your body.
